Replacement & Refundment In one month beginning on the date of purchase by the customer, if the customer makes mistake in selecting the model or the instrument is defective, Tonghui will replace the instrument, even refund, with valid evidence (invoice or deliver bill) supplied by customer. And the instrument, accessories, materials and wrappage should be kept well.
Warranty The Tonghui instrument product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase by the customer. In the warranty period, any defect of the instrument will be repaired free of charge (except being caused by customer’s misuse).
Maintenance Tonghui provides life maintenance for all our products, and some materials and time charges will be charged for repairing products beyond warranty period. Repaired product is warranted for a period of six months. If the same defect happens in the six months, another repair will be taken free of charge.
Shipping Charge hipping charge from customer to service office is paid by customer, and shipping charge back to customer is paid by Tonghui in warranty period; but by customer beyond the period, which should be paid together with maintenance fee.
Maintenance Promise Tonghui promises that the maintenance should be done in three days since the date of receiving the instrument, including repairing and performance verification. In special case, like being lack in fittings, the period will be prolonged, which should be explained to customer in time.
Performance Verification To ensure that the instrument satisfies technical specifications, any maintenance instrument back to our company will be verified by measurement verification department after being repaired, without test report being supplied. For the instrument sent to Tonghui’s sales or service offices, verification service can’t be provided.
Communication Requirement You’d better attach the following table and contents when you send the instrument back to Tonghui to maintain, so that it could be convenient and easy to contact. And copy of invoice and warranty card should be placed in the package. If the purchase date is not sure, manufacturing date on the rear panel of the instrument will be considered to be.

Failure
Out of warranty
If the defect is caused by customer’s opening the instrument
or refitting, without written agreement and permission
of our company’s related personnel, the promised warranty
becomes invalid. And the instrument will be dealt with
as it’s beyond the warranty period.
Ways to Maintenance
Our instruments can be repaired through the following
ways:
A.Customer takes the instrument to our company, and
service department tries to finish repairing in the
same day;
B.Customer sends the instrument to our company by airplane,
train or bus, and informs related personnel in sales
department in time;
C.In special case, our company can send professional
personnel to customer to maintain;
D.Customer sends the instrument to the nearest Tonghui’s
sales or service office;
E. Customer communicates with sales agency where you
purchased the instrument.
